- Track office supply inventory; generate concise reorder reports.
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and circulate agendas before deadlines.
- Support staff with travel itineraries, expense receipts, and timesheet reminders.
- Draft internal memos, forms, and quick reference guides from standardized templates.
- Suggest process improvements that shave minutes—sometimes hours—off routine tasks.
Must-Have Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1+ year of internship, volunteer, or part-time office experience.
- Microsoft Office 365 mastery—Word styles, Excel formulas, Outlook rules.
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication; you proofread instinctively.
- Eagle-eyed attention to detail and time-management prowess.
