Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive and team calendars, set up meetings, reserve virtual rooms, and send concise agendas.
- Perform accurate data entry in Excel, CRM, and cloud databases—double-checking numbers for zero errors.
- Answer inbound calls and route inquiries with a friendly, customer-centric tone.
- Maintain digital and physical records, archive documents, and track retention deadlines.
- Draft internal memos, update shared files, and support weekly report assembly.
- Order supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate courier pickups.
- Assist with travel bookings, expense reports, and last-minute itinerary changes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate urgent requests.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 0-2 years of clerical or customer service experience (internships count).
- Solid command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. exposure to Google Workspace a plus.
- Lightning-fast typing (45+ WPM) and meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication—comfortable with phone etiquette, email protocol, and brief report writing.
- Proven multitasking and time-management abilities; you can juggle priorities without drama.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions, learn, and adapt.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
