What You’ll Do

- Own a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

- Track campaign performance—dashboards, spreadsheets, and automated reports—then convert findings into clear recommendations.

- Coordinate with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing support.

- Respond to day-to-day inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate blockers before they snowball.

- Surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities; draft pitches that highlight ROI.

- Document every client interaction in the CRM, upholding data integrity and audit-ready accuracy.

- Participate in weekly stand-ups, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc brainstorming sprints.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.

- 0-2 years of client-facing experience—internships, campus projects, or part-time roles count.

- Familiarity with modern CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).

- Analytical mindset; you can read a spreadsheet, spot an anomaly, and explain it without jargon.

- Confident verbal and written communication, including virtual presentations over Zoom or Teams.

- Organization prowess—multiple priorities, tight deadlines, minimal supervision.

- Growth attitude: you welcome feedback, iterate quickly, and celebrate team wins.

Why You’ll Thrive

- Remote-first flexibility—work from home, a co-working space, or anywhere with reliable Wi-Fi.

- Structured onboarding plus ongoing mentorship from seasoned Account Managers.

- Exposure to SaaS, e-commerce, and data-driven sales methodologies shaping today’s US market.

- Clear path toward Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Operations Analyst within 12-18 months.

- Culture built on psychological safety, inclusive language, and measurable results—no guesswork, all growth.
