HR Coordinator
We are looking for an HR coordinator in a creative agency to work on a full-service marketing and advertising solutions project for creative brands.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for creative roles (designers, copywriters, marketers).
– Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
– Help organize team-building events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
– Maintain HR databases, update employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
– Assist with performance management processes, including setting up reviews and tracking progress.
Requirements:
– A genuine interest in people and HR processes.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Experience in an office environment is preferred, but not necessary.
– A creative mindset and a passion for working in the marketing/advertising industry.
