Looking for an HR coordinator to work in an international startup.


Main responsibilities: coordination of hiring and onboarding processes (onboarding), support all stages of the employees' life in the company from joining to the dismissal process, assistance in organizing internal events, team building and trainings, collecting and analyzing employee feedback to improve working conditions and culture.


Requirements:


- Basic understanding of HR, onboarding and onboarding processes.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to work in an international team.

- English - minimum C1.
