HR Assistant
A company that provides high quality software solutions and services that drive business efficiency and effectiveness is looking for a HR Assistant.
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the execution of tasks related to policies, procedures, processes, and payroll processing;
– Support all stages of the employee lifecycle to foster a positive employee experience;
– Assist in global HR initiatives and activities, promoting employee engagement locally and internationally;
– Serve as a dedicated HR advisor to team members, offering guidance and support;
– Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance;
– Act as a liaison with external contractors and handle operational office tasks;
– Provide HR support to other global offices and employees as required.
Requirements:
– 1 year of HR experience.
– Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
– Critical thinking and analytical abilities.
– Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships across all organizational levels.
– Previous success in engaging with employees on an international level is a plus.
– Able to communicate in a professional environment in English.
