A company focused on cloud-based software solutions for enterprise resource planning and analytics is looking for - HR analyst.


Responsibilities:


– Assist in gathering and analyzing data on employee performance, turnover, and engagement.

– Help prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management.

– Support the HR team in implementing employee satisfaction surveys and interpreting results.

– Assist in the management of HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.

– Work closely with HR business partners to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.


Requirements:


- Basic knowledge of HR metrics and analytics.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with HRIS tools is a plus.

- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate across teams.

- Interest in learning about HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
