Responsibilities:
- Searching and attracting candidates for company vacancies (developers, analysts, testers).
- Conducting initial interviews and consultations with candidates on vacancies.
- Interaction with team leaders to clarify requirements for candidates.
- Assistance in organizing interviews, candidate assessment, support at all stages of recruiting.
- Processing resumes and creating candidate databases for future vacancies.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HR, recruiting and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information.
- Communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
