What You Will Tackle
– Craft compelling graphics, icons, and infographics for digital and print assets.
– Support senior designers with mood boards, type studies, and color exploration.
– Organize and version control asset libraries so every stakeholder finds the right file… instantly.
– Iterate on layouts for landing pages, social posts, and email campaigns based on feedback.
– Conduct competitive trend audits, then translate insights into innovative visual solutions.
– Present draft concepts during stand-ups—articulate design rationale with clarity.
– Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints while experimenting with fresh directions.
– Learn emerging tools (Figma, Webflow) and motion basics to widen your creative toolkit.
Must-Have Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field earned within the last two years.
– Solid command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
– Portfolio demonstrating typography, composition, and color finesse.
– Meticulous attention to detail; you catch misalignments before anyone else.
– Strong verbal and written communication—your design choices feel inevitable once explained.
– Self-starter attitude; you drive projects forward without waiting for perfect briefs.
– Ability to accept critique gracefully and pivot quickly.
