A multidisciplinary digital studio—serving e-commerce, media, education, and lifestyle clients—champions human-centered, data-driven design. You will collaborate with seasoned UX, motion, and front-end specialists who elevate user journeys daily.


What You’ll Do  

- Transform wireframes into clean, responsive layouts using HTML5 and modern CSS methodologies.  

- Build pixel-perfect mockups in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch that align with an established design system.  

- Iterate on typography, color, and spacing to meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.  

- Revise artwork after stakeholder reviews, applying feedback quickly and accurately.  

- Conduct cross-browser and mobile-first testing, documenting issues in concise bug reports.  

- Maintain and organize icon libraries, illustrations, and style tokens in a shared repository.  

- Research UI trends, animation patterns, and interaction models—then present findings to the team.  

- Pair with front-end engineers to align component behavior and performance expectations.  

- Participate in agile ceremonies, estimating effort and tracking progress in a lightweight Kanban board.

Required Skills & Knowledge  

- Foundational understanding of web standards, semantic HTML, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid).  

- Working familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping.  

- Genuine curiosity about UX principles, responsive layouts, and color theory.  

- Clear written and verbal communication; you explain design choices succinctly.  

- Detail orientation—small misalignments bother you until they are fixed.  

- Self-motivated learner able to manage time in a distributed environment.  


Nice-to-Have Extras  

- Exposure to JavaScript basics or a front-end framework such as React.  

- Awareness of search engine optimization for on-page elements.  

- Experience with screen-reader testing tools (NVDA, VoiceOver).  

- Familiarity with motion design using After Effects or Lottie.
