What You’ll Do
- Input and verify data in Excel and cloud databases with 99% accuracy.
- Organize digital and physical files for rapid retrieval.
- Manage multi-time-zone calendars and schedule stakeholder meetings.
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat queries with a friendly, solution-oriented tone.
- Prepare concise reports and slide decks for weekly team updates.
- Support cross-functional projects—finance, HR, and engineering—by gathering requirements, tracking action items, and documenting outcomes.
- Document office procedures to improve onboarding speed for future interns.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fast, accurate typing (45+ WPM) and keen attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication; you tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, or Teams.
- Eagerness to learn task-automation tools such as Zapier or Power Automate.
- Adaptability—you switch priorities without losing momentum.
- Eligibility to work in the United States; able to commit 20–30 hours per week.
