Content Moderator

Project:

A rapidly growing social media platform (startup) where users share videos and engage in discussions on various topics. The company provides a space for creators to grow their audiences while ensuring the content shared remains appropriate and respectful.

Scope of Work:

– Reviewing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.

– Flagging inappropriate content and escalating issues to senior moderators when necessary.

– Communicating with users regarding content removal or guideline violations.

– Assisting in maintaining the platform’s safety by monitoring user behavior.

– Regularly updating content moderation policies in collaboration with the management team.

Desired Profile:

– Basic knowledge of internet safety and community guidelines.

– Good attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

– Comfortable working with content moderation tools.
