What You’ll Do
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate records in cloud repositories.
- Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, anticipate conflicts, and send calendar invites.
- Draft concise emails, memos, and status updates that follow brand tone guidelines.
- Perform high-volume data entry, cleanse spreadsheets, and generate weekly reports.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries using VoIP and ticketing platforms.
- Support cross-functional projects—marketing campaigns, product demos, HR onboarding—by preparing agendas and tracking action items.
- Document new administrative procedures so future interns ramp up faster.
- Explore process-automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, Power Automate) and suggest improvements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; bonus points for Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of 55 WPM or higher with near-perfect accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail—spreadsheets, calendars, and emails stay error-free.
- Clear written and verbal communication that adapts to executives, engineers, and customers alike.
- Familiarity with basic problem-solving frameworks; you escalate issues only after testing quick fixes.
- Adaptable mindset: you switch between priorities without losing momentum.
- Eagerness to learn project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban) and CRM/ERP fundamentals.
