Travel Insurance Performance Analysis

For this project, I explored travel insurance data to understand customer behavior, policy patterns and overall business performance. Using Microsoft Excel, I prepared the dataset for analysis, examined important performance indicators and compared results across different customer segments. I then created a visual dashboard that made it easier to spot trends, assess insurance performance and communicate useful findings for business decision-making.

Airplane Crashes & Fatalities Analysis

I independently analyzed a dataset containing over 5,000 aviation incidents using Power BI and DAX. I cleaned and transformed the data, developed key measures to evaluate crash trends, fatalities and survival rates, and identified high-risk categories and patterns over time. I designed an interactive Power BI dashboard with KPI cards, charts and filters to communicate the findings clearly and turn complex aviation data into actionable insights.

E-Commerce Revenue Analysis

I independently analyzed an e-commerce sales dataset using Microsoft Excel to evaluate revenue performance, customer purchasing behavior and sales trends. I cleaned and organized the data, used PivotTables and PivotCharts to analyze key metrics, and developed an interactive dashboard to present the findings. The analysis identified approximately $9.73M in total revenue and highlighted important customer and seasonal trends to support data-driven business decisions.
