● Working as a Project leader and Concurrently as a Field Manager to support the Indosat Project for Kalimantan area ● Prepare and propose work plans, estimates for daily, weekly, monthly every activities and setup target achievement in Kalimantan Area. ● Gather all integrated reports to all sub regions in Kalimantan & follow up if there are issues to stakeholders. ● Monitor & manage timeline for delivery project for Rollout ( Enhancement, Capacity, Modernization, Rehoming & Newsites ) activity in this Area and then report directly to Nokia PM & Chief Customer ● Supervisor for Installation Team by sub-contractor for any site BSS & RAN will install, commissioning & integration acceptance test, and collect site-specific data that has just been installed & swap-upgrade at various sites in order to implement the project & Implementation Nokia Radio Product SRAN Native IP Flexi WCDMA, FMR10, Airscale to ( 2G, 3G, 4G ). ● Arrange team of Nokia subcontractor for received material and start installation activity at the site. ● Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations & Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations. ● Evaluate and study reports documents, draft comments and initiate appropriate actions.
