● Coordinating all project management activities using Confluence and JIRA. ● Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, plans, and reports. ● Providing pipeline updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with deadlines and goals. ● Help our team to complete their assigned tasks on time by checking that they have the supplies and resources they need by using MS Planner. ● Preparing meetings and taking minutes. ● Project onboarding for new colleagues including tool access and information packages to ensure integration. ● Directly reporting to CDO and COO.
