● Spearheaded the launch of an internal fraud-check tool and integrated security features in B2C and B2B platforms, including OTP verification, reducing fraudulent listings by 80% YoY.
● Boosted customer acquisition by 15% MoM by enhancing a key feature focused on lead conversion, leveraging user behavior tracking and data analysis to inform product improvements.
