● Managed Verify360 processes for new joiners, ensuring compliance and data accuracy during onboarding procedures.
● Acted as a backup for multiple roles, including Team Leader, Subject Matter Expert (SME), and Quality Analyst (QA), demonstrating versatility and reliability in team operations.
