Created a Retail Sales Dashboard to analyze revenue, customer activity, product quantity, categories, seasonal performance, and customer demographics. My responsibilities included data cleaning, analysis, KPI development, dashboard design, and visualization. I used Excel and data visualization techniques to identify sales trends and provide actionable business insights. The dashboard enabled users to quickly understand overall sales performance and identify the strongest product categories, customer segments, and periods of sales activity.

E-Commerce Sales Performance Dashboard

Built an interactive E-Commerce Sales Performance Dashboard using Microsoft Excel to analyze sales performance, customer activity, orders, revenue, and market trends. My role involved cleaning and transforming the raw dataset, creating Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, calculating key performance indicators, and designing an interactive dashboard. The analysis provided insights into revenue trends, customer performance, order volume, and country-level sales performance, helping identify the strongest markets and periods of sales growth.

Medical Insurance Analysis Dashboard

Developed a Power BI dashboard to analyze medical insurance data and identify patterns in customer charges, age groups, smoking status, and other factors affecting healthcare costs. I performed data preparation and modeling, created DAX measures, designed interactive visualizations, and analyzed key performance indicators. The dashboard highlighted differences in average medical charges between smokers and non-smokers, identified high-cost age groups, and provided an interactive view of healthcare cost patterns.
