• Working closely with product leadership and engineering teams on development and maintenance of gym analytics platform (web app). • Managing product requirements and prioritizing backlog (e.g. building right product backlog structure). • Executing business analysis activities (e.g. product documentation, conceptual solution/feature architecture, business process diagrams, use case analysis, user stories, requirements formulation). • Conducting stakeholder communication.  • Assisting a Proxy PO with driving execution of product initiatives (e.g. gym analytics platform (web app) migration to new design version, new product functionality, technical debt, support activities, POC/MVP development).

Development of a healthcare supplying platform for workers’ compensation, auto medical and other medical services insurance services. • Preparation of SRS documentation for the project; • Working on user stories and use cases preparation for the development team; • Creation of UML and BPMN diagrams for modelling of the application; • Preparation of wireframes and mockups; • Business Processes Analysis.

• Communication with Account Managers and Sales Managers about the necessary resources, clarifcation of requirements, deadlines, etc. throughout the entire period of work on each position;  • Collaborating with the HRM team to fnd optimal resources within the company;  • Collaborating with the Heads of Departments to select the most suitable resources for each position, as well as to distribute employees who currently do not have projects;  • Coordinating the recruiting team to fnd external candidates for each position (including strategy development, candidate evaluation, etc.);  • Working within the internal resource management system;  • Projects Gross Margin control, budgeting;  • Reports preparation.

• Generating vendor partnerships through digital channels;  • Cultivating long-lasting relationships with vendors and partners supporting administrative operations;  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operations and effciency;  • Business correspondence;  • Reviewing external contractors' - candidates' CVs;  • Checking candidates' spoken English, soft skills;  • Scheduling and hosting interviews;  • Post interview process handling: providing feedback, supporting Customer assessment process;  • Supporting on-boarding process.
