During my freelance career, I have commercial experience on the trading platform. I found some serious problems with the localization of the website. I was working with the team on documentation for testing updates on the site. I found some major bags in localization testing. I tested biometric identification features in the bank mobile app. I have conducted a comprehensive evaluation and testing to ensure that the feature is fully functional and bug-free. This includes developing and executing test scenarios, identifying bugs and crashes, and analyzing user experience. I collaborated with the development team to resolve issues and improve the performance of the features on various platforms and devices. I found two major bugs and several minor ones during testing. Fixing these issues will make the app more user-friendly and help the bank to provide better customer service. Additionally, I have been involved in ad-hoc web application testing projects. I conducted web testing for a variety of projects, such as a medical website and a photographer's personal website. I performed user testing, reported bugs, and conducted performance testing. I developed test cases, checklists, and bug reports in both Russian and English.
