Academy App UX Redesign – Onboarding to Explore Flow (Runner-Up, CPM Product Competition)
● This project was part of a product redesign challenge during my Certified Product Manager (CPM) course, where we reimagined the user onboarding flow leading to the “Explore” page of an educational app.
Khoj – Digital Growth Strategy for Indian Search Engine (Hackathon Winner)
● The project focused on contextual content delivery based on user behavior and search patterns. I led the design of a phased roadmap covering positioning, RTM strategy, channel-level North Star Metrics, sales enablement, and stakeholder plans. ● A key highlight was our budget-linked growth forecast aiming to increase market share by 2%. The judges appreciated our sharp GTM narrative and practical execution plans.
Fora Desktop App – Product Strategy & MVP Planning (Assignment Project)
● I began by identifying user needs using JTBD thinking, mapped these to validated outcomes through competitor and market research, and then proposed a lean MVP roadmap focused on user value.
Applying ‘Zone to Win’ for Startup Growth (Learning as well as Job Assignment Initiative)
● The goal was to identify where Blindmate should focus next by mapping core business efforts across four essential zones — performance, productivity, incubation, and transformation. I analyzed current initiatives, surfaced new opportunity areas, designed focused solutions, and grouped them by impact and horizon. ● This approach helps align the team around near-term growth, medium-term innovation, and future disruption, all without spreading too thin.
