User support specialist
We are looking for a specialist to work with a user support specialist who will help users, promptly resolve issues that arise, also collect feedback, based on which conclusions will be drawn to improve the product. This is a great opportunity to work with an international audience.
Main tasks:
- Assisting users with questions related to the application, as well as solving problems that arise when using it;
- Analyzing and structuring the information received from users: feedback, error logging, etc..;
- Expanding the knowledge base on the basis of requests;
- Interaction with support service opportunities in the framework of solving user problems.
Requirements:
- Active user of various mobile applications;
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least upper intermediate);
- Ability to competently express thoughts in Russian;
- Ability to quickly find any information and use it;
- Tactfulness and patience with users;
- Ability to independently solve tasks.
It will be a plus:
- Knowledge of two foreign languages;
- Experience in a similar field.
Format: permanent employment on a remote basis.
