A junior specialist is required for a friendly user support team.
Responsibilities:
– Providing informational and technical support to users via online chat and email;
– Assisting users in resolving problematic situations.
Requirements:
– Minimal experience in user support or online advertising;
– Education: Higher or incomplete higher technical education (preferred);
– Proficient in computer use (Windows OS);
– Basic knowledge of internet technologies and online advertising (preferred);
– Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely;
– Willingness to learn, attention to detail, responsibility, communicability, stress resistance.
