A Talent Development Assistant is required for a project in a large company.


Responsibilities: 


– Assist in organizing learning and development programs for employees.

– Coordinate training schedules, manage registrations, and liaise with external trainers and coaches.

– Help track the progress of employee development plans and prepare reports for senior management.

– Support the implementation of leadership development initiatives and talent pipeline programs.

– Assist in gathering feedback from participants and improving training content and formats.
