Sourcer (internship)

Inhouse team Smartbrain.io invites motivated aspiring professionals to intern for the position of IT Sourcer. Our company is dedicated to developing platforms to work with the best IT professionals in Eastern Europe. Our team has been organizing and managing the best remote workers for over 15 years.

Main tasks:

- Sourcing candidates from all possible sources;

- Interacting with potential candidates on LinkedIn, Habr, Xing, GitHub, Behance, etc.;

- Sourcing candidates in professional communities (Slack, Telegram, forums, Facebook, etc.);

- Posting job openings and handling incoming traffic.

Your Experience Desired:

• Experience of 6 months or more in the field of recruitment or completed specialized courses;
• Ability to multitask;
• Competent speech and writing skills;
• High communication skills, friendliness;
• Desire to develop in recruitment in the direction of IT.

Will be an advantage:

• Distinctive self-organization skills during workflow
• Experience in IT recruitment;
• Understanding of IT terminology on a resume;
• Ability to produce search queries, navigate a large number of different browser tabs, and the ability to quickly switch between them and find what you need.
