Office administrator
A large real estate company in search of an Administrator to join the office team to assist in the organization of the company's workflow.
You will have to:
- Maintaining document management.
- Work with CRM-system.
- Coordinating purchases of office supplies, water.
- Assisting office staff, such as copying documents for various events.
- Preparing the office for internal staff meetings as well as with clients.
- Answering calls coming into the office.

- Ability to express thoughts clearly and competently both verbally and in writing.
- Interest in working with people.
- Ability to work independently and focused without constant supervision.
- Experience in an office manager or HR opportunity would be a plus.
