Junior Unit Support Representative

- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, gathering data and formatting documents to support the unit’s objectives and leadership needs.

Essential qualifications for this role:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Superb organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and concisely across digital platforms (email, chat, video conferencing).
- A meticulous eye for detail; you are someone who catches the small errors others might miss.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced functions in Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
