Remotely
Full-time

You will join a nimble, US-based marketing team—working on-site, hybrid, or fully remote—to translate brand strategy into engaging day-to-day content. Expect rapid feedback loops, creative freedom, and the chance to master emerging platforms while collaborating with designers, copywriters, and data analysts.

Core Responsibilities

- Conceive, script, and publish daily short-form videos, carousels, and memes that amplify reach and spark conversation.

- Maintain an organized cross-platform content calendar—spot gaps, adjust frequency, and prevent overlap.

- Monitor trending audio, hashtags, and cultural moments; pitch timely concepts within hours, not days.

- Adapt long-form articles, webinars, and podcasts into snackable social nuggets that reinforce a unified brand voice.

- Draft thumb-stopping headlines, captions, and calls to action while adhering to accessibility standards.

- Document style guidelines, post templates, and visual references in Notion (or a similar knowledge base).

- Track basic KPIs—impressions, engagement rate, watch-time—then propose split-tests to refine performance.

- Coordinate with paid media, influencer, and product teams to align organic storytelling with broader campaigns.

Must-Have Skills

- 0-2 years’ experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts (class projects count).

- Portfolio showcasing at least five published social assets—static images, short videos, or GIFs.

- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or comparable design/video tools.

- Familiarity with Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or native platform schedulers.

- Ability to distill analytical insights from native dashboards into clear action items.

- Sharp written communication—concise, witty, and error-free.

- Eye for color, typography, and visual hierarchy.

- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

- Growth mindset, openness to critique, and commitment to inclusive language.

- Experience collaborating in Figma or Miro.

- Rudimentary understanding of SEO and how social signals influence search visibility.

- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or ASL.

- Awareness of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
