Your Core Responsibilities

- Diligently schedule and coordinate domestic and international shipments with various carriers and freight forwarders.

- Provide real-time tracking and status updates for all deliveries, proactively identifying and communicating potential delays to stakeholders.

- Meticulously prepare, verify, and manage essential shipping documentation—including Bills of Lading (BOLs), commercial invoices, and packing lists.

- Perform high-accuracy data entry and maintain pristine records within our Transportation Management System (TMS) and ERP platforms.

- Serve as a primary point of contact, liaising effectively with vendors, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal departments to resolve inquiries and ensure alignment.

- Assist in the reconciliation of freight invoices and support the investigation of any shipping discrepancies or claims.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

- Organize and maintain comprehensive digital files for all shipments, ensuring all compliance and record-keeping standards are met.


Qualifications for Success

- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.

- Demonstrable, exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (you should be comfortable with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis).

- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.

- An unwavering attention to detail; you are someone who catches the small errors others might miss.

- Prior exposure to or familiarity with logistics software such as an ERP, TMS, or Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly advantageous.

- The capacity to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fully remote work environment.
