Key Responsibilities


- Provide essential support for the execution of comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aimed at diverse audiences.

- Draft, edit, and polish a variety of compelling content—including press releases, social media updates, blog posts, and internal announcements—ensuring alignment with our brand voice.

- Manage and meticulously maintain the content calendar, scheduling posts across multiple digital platforms (like LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and industry blogs) to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.

- Actively assist in the coordination and execution of public relations campaigns, from initial research to final performance analysis.

- Build and curate targeted media lists and begin to foster professional relationships with key industry journalists, bloggers, and influencers.

- Monitor media coverage and social media channels for brand mentions and relevant industry trends, preparing insightful summary reports for the team.

- Handle incoming inquiries from the media and the public with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate resources.

- Organize and maintain our library of digital assets, including press kits, images, and official statements, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.


Qualifications and Skills


- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field is required.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrable ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy. You are a storyteller at heart.

- Superb organizational skills and a profound attention to detail—you can manage multiple tasks and deadlines without sacrificing quality.

- Foundational knowledge of major social media platforms and their role within a corporate communications strategy.

- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team success in a fast-paced environment.

- (Preferred) Previous internship experience in a public relations agency, corporate communications department, or marketing team.

- (Preferred) Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) or PR software (e.g., Cision, Muck Rack).

- (Preferred) A basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (like Google Analytics) is a significant plus.
