Junior Affiliate manager

A game development company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Affiliate Manager to join a dynamic team and help to expand our affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of communication with the company's affiliates to ensure strong relationships and effective collaboration.
• Develop relationships with new top-level affiliates who have high levels of relevant traffic through research and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with other departments and teams to create engaging banners, video commercials, and text content for promotional purposes.
• Generate innovative ideas to discover new sources of lead generation and enhance affiliate performance.
• Utilize basic knowledge of affiliate marketing to promote our products effectively through affiliate networks.
• Work alongside senior team members on advertising campaigns, gaining insights and experience in the field.
• Analyze traffic data and performance metrics to achieve set goals and optimize affiliate strategies.
• Understand and apply basic marketing metrics such as Conversion Rate (CR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Order (CPO), and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Demonstrate strong listening skills, a keen interest in personal development, and effective communication abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or courses in marketing.
• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and skill development.
