Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to schedule deliveries, confirm orders, conduct surveys;
- Work on processing written requests;
- Work on processing requests to chat.
Requirements:
- Education from secondary specialized to higher education;
- Experience in customer service is welcomed;
- Clear and competent verbal and written speech, the ability to put the thought competently;
- Knowledge of MS Office, confident PC user.
